1. Online Order Procedure?
Answer: To shop online, follow these steps:
Go to KidzNKidz.Shop
Click on the item you like
Select color and size, then click “Buy Now”
If you want to shop more products, click “Continue Shopping”
Click “Next”
Provide your address and details
Click “I confirm my order”
Pay via Cash on Delivery or prepaid
For larger, bulkier items or high-value orders, payment must be made in advance to process the order.
2. Order Cancellation Policy?
Within five business days of placing an order, we will make multiple attempts to confirm the details via phone calls and emails. If we do not receive a response from the customer through either channel, the order will be automatically cancelled.
If a customer wishes to cancel an order after placing it, this can only be done before the order enters the shipment process. If the order has already been shipped, customers are requested to refuse delivery. However, we encourage customers to share their reasons for cancellation to help us improve their experience in the future.
Orders indicating fraudulent activity are cancelled automatically. Similarly, orders from customers with a poor order history are cancelled automatically unless they are prepaid.
3. Exchange & Return Policy?
We have a 30-day exchange & return policy.
You may send the parcel to us through any courier company at the following address:

Please note that items must be unused and must contain all original tags and packaging (if any).
Once the items reach us, we will issue a voucher via email, which will be redeemable on your next purchase.
If you wish to return a product without any specific reason, delivery charges for the return will not be refunded by Kidz N Kidz.
Online purchased items cannot be returned at any Bachaa Party outlet and vice versa, but they can be exchanged at stores with the original invoice.
4. Order Delivery Time?
Our delivery time is 5–7 working days after order confirmation.

We deliver across Pakistan.
6. Can you hold my order?
Yes, we can hold your parcel for 3–4 days after advance payment.
7. Can I modify my order?

9. Delivery Charges?
A delivery fee of Rs. 149/- is applicable on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. However, all prepaid orders (excluding RAAST payments) are eligible for free delivery.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept both Cash on Delivery and Prepaid payment methods.
11. How do I track my order after it’s been shipped?
We have a tracking option available on our website through which you can track your order.
12. What is your policy on damaged or defective items?
There is one way through which we cater to our customers in case of any defect or damage to the product:
If the customer prefers not to exchange in person, we will pick up the product, exchange it, and deliver it to them, or issue a refund in the form of cash or vouchers.
